Botract provides a visual bot builder platform for creating Telegram bots. The Service includes tools for designing conversation flows, managing bot configurations, and publishing bots to Telegram.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

  • You agree to pay all applicable fees
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You may cancel anytime from your account settings
  • No refunds for partial months

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Create bots for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
  • Distribute malware or harmful content
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights

You retain ownership of content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a license to host and process your content solely to provide the Service.

We do not sell your personal data or bot conversation data to third parties.

7. Service Limitations

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • That bots will function exactly as designed
  • Compatibility with all Telegram features
  • Specific response times or uptime percentages

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Botract shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
